Who the            am I?

My name is Charlie Biskupic.

 

I'm a proud Wisconsin expat raising my family in North Jersey.

The true wonder of New Jersey is often obscured by the state being sandwiched between New York City to the north and Philadelphia to the south, but it's a beautiful/comical/magical place to live and be a dad.

 

And speaking of sandwiches,  New Jersey even has its own breakfast meat: Taylor Ham/Pork Roll. No one can decide what to call it, so I'll let you fill in that blank for yourself (But whatever you call it, I highly recommend you slap it between some bread with a runny egg and melty cheese.)

 

This site is my decades-delayed effort to force myself to write more, memorialize the moments that bring a smile to my face, and fill in the blanks that keep me up at night.
